I know that sounds like the title of some self-important memoir about how I spent a year backpacking across Outer Mongolia with just some trail mix, a compass, and a Gobi bear named Jerome for company.

But it isn’t and I didn’t.

I’m a UK-based marketer specialising in coming up with big ideas. I’ve turned my hand to most marketing tasks, from creating TTL concepts to full GTM plans for some of the UK’s biggest brands. I’m an expert at making the complicated simple and developing marketing campaigns that speak to the target audience in breakthrough ways, while achieving and exceeding KPIs.

I’m currently leading the marketing department for the release of a new game, Doctor Who: Worlds Apart, and experience in both marketing and creative has served me well in marrying the needs of departments and stakeholders to achieve award-winning results.

My ability to see the ‘bigger picture’ while also sweating the small stuff means I can give my team clear direction on where we need to go, and give them the freedom to do amazing work, while making sure that work goes out on time, on budget and to the right standard.

My real passion is problem-solving — nothing gets me up in the morning more than something we can’t quite figure out, as it allows me to use my creativity but also work as a team to come up with a solution that benefits everyone. I love getting under the skin of customers and seeing how whole campaigns can hang off a single thread, and I’ve spent my career bringing together marketing and creative across multiple touchpoints, with customers always at the heart of what I do.
